This statement would be presented with such assumptions that the Western civilisations had acquired a pinnacle of all existences? There are circles that would suggest that European-clad cultures had never attained such heights as the illusion might promote. World historians could easily testify that the truer influence and contributions to civilisations, historically, by Europeans would be embarrassingly way down on the list. So Occidentalism has come full circle, has it? Dying....
