I hold a U.S passport with the infamous Houston Brokered stamp. My situation is that I have overstayed 1 week beyond my required 90 day exit/re-entry period to maintain validity of the non-imm B visa. I could go to Imm. here in Bangkok, pay the overstay fine and apply for a 30 day extension, or fly directly out of Don Muang for the purposes of an exit-entry stamp and pay the overstay at the airport. Which option is likely to be the safest one?

Thanks
