I didn't even get the error... just got a popup saying "the document contains no data"..

Ah well... it was only for a short time... chat still worked

Yes, when the backup runs, we have a little problem. Our daily uptime is still 99,7% Check uptime here: http://www.thaivisa.net

We are closely monitoring it, and woking on the issue. Sorry for any inconvenience.
