Report Dubious Products Cleaned from Thai Online Shops
I recently got scammed from Lazada, case is still under investigation. A so-called Bangkok trader with a reputable site selling electrical products, shown as in stock. Sourced the item from China, as the item had to pass through customs on departure from China & entry to Thailand. Upon delivery I got a pair of socks... The kicker is you have to except them to go through the refund process. Lazada really needs to get it's act together and get these scammers off their platform -

The power tools section of shopee is unbelievable, cordless drills advertised as 199volts !! and many listed as Makita for a ridiculously low price, and even the photos of the product clearly show the "brand name" and its certainly not Makita -

The restaurant owner filed a complaint for damages and unpaid food bills, estimating losses at 50,000 baht per person. The tourists were charged with public affray and disturbing the peace, agreed to pay for the damages, and were fined before being released.
