Where To Find Ecu For 2Jzgte?

Featured Replies

Does anyone know where I can find an ECU for a 2jzgte? I would have thought Toyota could get them, but they say no. My local garage in Phuket says they can get one, but it sure seems expensive.

I never understans why peaple always running to the dealership for parts. Toyota have nothing, exept for Vigos, Vioses and Tunas, and even those parts they have to order. Forget it!

Go to Bang Na (BKK), 200 Meter next to Tesco Lotus on Bang Na Trat High Way, use the Exit of Highway "BANG PHI", there is a big JENG KONG, you'll get anything you want. A ECU cost between 4'000 to 8'000 Baht. Of corse it's all second hand. New ones are not availible. If a shop from Phuket have to order for you, i gess it gona cost double amount, as rhey have to make some profit. Go by yourself, a plane ticket doesn't cost that much, so maybe you can see and find more parts. Usually you go only one times, after you can make agremments that some shop will send you the parts by post, when you send them money (if you need any more parts).

Thanks. I live in Phuket so I can't just pop over to Bang Na, but I did find one on racingweb.net ( http://rcw.ms/ ) yesterday for 4500. Local shop in Phuket wanted 9500, so it's all sorted thanks.
