On my left hand, my index finger and my ring finger are of absolutely the same length. But, on my right hand, my index finger is slightly longer than my ring finger (the difference is probably not noticeable in a dark bar). I accept that you are probably a hermaphrodite, but what am I? My wife (and my two daughters) are anxiously waiting for a reply.....

4. And, most important... How much money you will need for the length of your stay... and actually have it. That can be the tricky one because you are not allowed to work in Thailand as a visitor.

Just remember , Money number one for Thai people they will try and extract as much as they can, but that goes for every holiday destination on the planet

I would agree that it's not the MOST important thing to know. However, I always insist on a crotch check. You. probably, could have your fingers adjusted.

That's only important if you choose to stay in Chiang Mai. Apparently, that is all anyone does there... eat. A quick check on that sub forum would tell you that.
