Featured Replies

I would like to know if a company can own land with Sor Por Kor, the lowest level of land deed?

Thank you for your help.

At a quess without looking up land titles I would say no as the King owns it, if you have a company what does your lawyer say. Jim

I don't have a company but I would consider having one if it would help to secure the land.

If you are trying a company just to get the land, waste of time and money,.If you are going to make a company that makes things, pays tax and Vat different story. Jim

I am going to make a company to make business the difference is I will do it sooner if it can help to secure the land. The company would be related to the land, too.

OK, I have a Limited Partnership [ Company ] things can be done that way, but it's not easy or cheap. PM me if you want to tell me a bit more and may be I can give you a few ideas on what to do. Jim
