Windows Live Mail Temp' Blocked

Hi everyone

My windows live mail has been tempoarily blocked.....( because somehow someone has accessed my account to send SPAM)........I have been through the process for unblocking....until I get to the verification code part....Windows then want either to e-mail me the code ( impossible as my mail is blocked) or to send it to my mobile ( not available in Thailand)

Has anyone a solution to this ( Windows are obviously "thick") .....

I have set up a gmail account but do not have a windows address to contact them
