I am wanting to install a screen door at the passage from my kitchen to the outdoors. They seem to be impossible to find in Chiang Mai. I've been told that they don't even exist in Thailand. What I'm hopping to find is an aluminum, combination, hinged door with a fixed glass section on the upper portion and an insect screen on the lower, both in one track. Then also in another track another glass panel that can slide up or down, depending on the weather. Something like this . Do they exist here?

Go to the local window shop and have them make one.

The guy that did all of our windows built us two screen doors and they are still working great even after almost one year. No sliding glass partitions, though. Does keep the lizards, mice and the larger insects out, but that is about all. Good luck. ett
