August 2, 201115 yr I am coming to Thailand for 10 months, for sure I am going to take out an Annual Health/Accident Insurance Plan. Just wanted to ask would you recommend I take Travel Insurance as well? ,its not an easy one, cause i will just be taking 2 flights LHR-BKK-LHR in 1 year. Also most travel policies are for 60 days only,,,,,,I am 56,retirement visa etc Advice welcomed
August 3, 201114 yr For that amount of time in Thailand you are correct to take out a medical plan as the sensible option. Travel will give you the peace of mind should your bags get delayed, flight cancelled etc etc however the most important (and potentially expensive) part, the medical, will be covered under the Health plan. For more information and on-line quotes please go HERE
