Whereabouts Of Klaus

Does anybody know what became of Klaus. He had a farm. His phone is dead has been for months. He used to advertisein Citylife but no more. At any rate, it's not so much his whereabouts I'm interested in but rather whoever might be his successor. Anyone have contact info?
