Beat me to it. My Korean ex used to make kim-bap (seaweed roll just like the Sushi) using exactly this kit and an very incredibly sharp knife.

uhm...i've googled a bit more....

i think one of my OZ pals have to bring it to Thailand, next time they come back from down under.
