seeing as this is an elective/cosmetic procedure, highly unlikely you will get any insurance directly related to the surgery

Moving this to the insurance forum. Certainly no policy will cover you for either cosmetic surgery nor for a pre-existing condition 9which cosmetic surgery obviously addresses) but for unforeseen complications of planned elective surgery, perhaps there is something.
