I have a one year Thai Driving License from Chatuchak, Bangkok.

The question is this.

Next year can I renew it to five years in another office in Bangkok ?

Or can I renew it in Chiang Mai, Phuket, or Hatyai ?

Or I have to go back to Chatuchak ?
