I currently use TOT and was with BBB for about two years but neither of them seem to offer a decent service. Service is always down. Any suggestions for Cha-Am area?

Best provider, if they happen to have service in your area, is CAT. Fast with Premium Service and a bit quicker customer service. Have to check with CAT office next to P.O. in Hua Hin though to find out.
