Hi, ive read about how people use Apple Cider Vinegarfor their skin problems, what is this? Is it the same as Vinegar found in Big C or is it available only in USA?

You can buy Apple Cider Vinegar in Carrefour maker is Heinz............its located in the imported foods section, same aisle as the cooking oil but to the right.

A bottle is about 85 baht................i take a teaspoon a day not for a skin problem but for good circulation (been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes)

I understand it is good for many ailments.

It is available all over the place, but most health nuts consider Bragg's raw apple cider vinegar to be the best in these parts and it is not too hard to find.

Aden and Baan Suan Pak health food stores in Chiang Mai are two places.

In Thailand, one of the best buy is => BRAGG (Raw-Unfiltered) ORGANIC APPLE CIDER VINEGAR. I buy mine at Villa Market for less than 300B. But you can find it in other Super & Hypers too.
