Non Imm "b" In Savanaket, Laos

Anyone ever gotten a non-Imm "B" Savanaket, Laos? I will be changing my tourist visa to a non Imm "B", and the sonner the better. I've read a little here on the forum that Non Os are no problem there, and there have been a few posts about non Is there, but no answers. Anyone have any reliable information? Thanks!

Apparantly there is a brand new law whereby they have to call your home country to verify some information, and they also said they didn't know how to do the paperwork, so I think I'll pass on Savannakhet for a non-Imm B
