Top jet ski event in Jomtien

City Hall endorses and sponsors the international Kings Cup 2005 races which are expected to attract thousands of spectators

A promotional meeting was held at City Hall on the 27th of October. with the Mayor, Deputy Mayors, Councilmen and TAT Director khun Chattan Kunjara Na Ayudhya plus representatives of the Jet Ski Association of Thailand.

All water sport fans can look forward to a great event that will take place here in Pattaya; the "Kings Cup" which will be held on the 10th and 11th of December to coincide with His Royal Highness the King's birthday (December 5).

The sporting event will be held at Jomtien Beach and the Jet Ski Association of Thailand was looking for 1,500,000 Baht to stage the carnival, which has been allocated by City Hall.

There will be 20 countries and 200 participants with over 2000 spectators expected to attend. This spectacular jet ski competition will be televised on UBC Star Channel and broadcasted live throughout Thailand and Asia.
