go to agency at morning tuesday, then get passport at afternoon on wednesday,

then we use thursday morning flight .

On Monday flights depart BKK 0725(FD), 1910(Thai), 1925(FD).

On Weds flights depart PEN at 0840(Thai), 1035(FD) 2220(FD).

Also if you have money to burn you can be routed out via KUL at a more civilised time.

There is a reasonable chance you could get to the Thai consulate before they close at 1200 by catching the 0725 which is scheduled to arrive at 1005, and save a night.
