Hello! I would just like to ask if I could get a WP on my own or pay it with my own money, I'll just ask my employer for the supporting papers. Is this possible? Please advise.

It is probably unlikely that you can personally pull together all the unique formats required to meet acceptance standards at the work permit office. If your employer is very clued in and industrious, it is conceivable that they could create and certify the necessary forms. But - I have seen very few employers that are prepared to themselves generate all the forms.

What you can do is employ a company such as mine to prepare the packet - and then take the packet to an authorized signatory person at your employing organization. They sign, and the service provider then takes care of everything else.
