Is Bangkok Being Flooded Also

Featured Replies

I keep reading the news about severe flooding in the north, northeast ,southeast, south west but nothing about Bangkok. Is Bangkok flood free well the rest of the country is in crisis flooding conditions? Just curious to know.

We're in Pathum Thani (Ban Pathum), the river came up very quickly on Sunday night, it's currently a good 1.5m above normal level and we have about 15cm of wet stuff over the garden level.

So watch out BKK, it's coming your way.

"I don't want to know why you can't. I want to know how you can!"

The river is high again tonight but not over the walls yet, needs another foot or so I reckon.

Don't worry it will happen :D

Coming soon, but not to worry,so much ,now. Wait until October ,November , for the NEAP tide.

As it usually will. Everything eventually flows downhill towards the basin - which is naturally below sea level.
