Before (2002): a work permit is to be granted to a foreigner fulfilling this requirement: Support a Thai spouse in a decent manner.

After (2004): a work permit is to be granted to a foreigner fulfilling this requirement: Remit into Thailand 1.000.000 Baht and support your Thai spouse in whatever manner you'd like.

Compare the WP rules of May, 2002 to the WP rules of : "30th day of September A.D. 2004".

Its not spam at all Brit, hes not trying to promote anything is he. Read through his back posts, the guy is trying to set up a company and sort out a work permit. Though it seems like saturday nights drinking and a bit of frustration have set in tonight.

When you post it more than once in many different sections - I'd say it was spam!
