International School, Bangkok For A Danish Student

Hello everyone. I'm a girl at the age of 17, who lives in Denmark. I go to school, which i guess can be compared to boarding school, and will be done in the year of 2013, but unfortunately I became sick and it will take 18 months for me to cure, which is quite a long time. I used really good in school, do all my homework and get great grades, but atm i know, that i'm not going to be able to finish school with the grades i want, which i can get. So i decided to take the year off and go to bkk, where i got family, and in all this sickness i still want to give the international school's a try, because i've always dreamed of getting away from here, from the school system, since i love the english language and want to improve it to a higher level also it would be amazing just to be in bkk and experience a whole different education system and the another school spirit, which is literally on the other side of the world. See i don't know if i will be able to do well, since i'm still sick and the mathematical language would be a huge different from the danish, see we're not that international here except in university. As you all probably can tell i can't proper english so this would be a major opportunity and i just got offered this by my mom. I decided to quit school, which i'm so glad i did, and here i know that you'll never be too old to study, so why not do something i want to do, to clear my mind.

Does anyone has some suggestions or so?

Maybe which school might be the best, because i will definitely work hard?

What an interesting opportunity! I would recommend Bangkok Patana School (www.patana.ac.th). There are a few danish families there and you will receive a quality education with fantastic students.
