Any Flooding Between Kanchanaburi And Ban Pong

Featured Replies

Has anybody traveled between Bangkok and Kanchanaburi recently since the flooding? I am specifically interested in the area just inside the Kanchanaburi province between Ban Pong and Luk Kae.

No flooding in the sense, just a few large amounts of water on the 323 so have to take care when driving. Had a heavy downpour all night, but overall no problems.

Thank you. It will all be dried out by the time I get down there in December anyway, but I have friends living in that area and wondered how it might have affected them. They don't have internet.

I live near there and its okay for now but I think more heavy rains are on the way. The main concern is the dam I think.

Plenty of rain in Kan but no flooding. The roads do flow a bit when it's p1ssing down but nothing too serious (thankfully!).
