Hello Esteemed TV members,

I am going to Pattaya in for 2 Months (dec and jan) and I need a house or condo that can fit up 4 adults and 2 children and 2 babies comfortably. My budget is about 40K (BHT)per month - it would be nice to have a pool but I don't think I can get one with my budget. Haven't see anything on the internet with for a short term lett.

My question is can any one point me in the way of a short term letting agency or a private letting owner?

Do you think I should just come to pattaya and find a property or try and book from England? (we come to BKK on 28th November).

I thank you in advance for any help you can give me on this issue.

A "friend" of mine says he has a condo that fits what you are looking for. I've PM'ed you his email.

When you have found a few to choose from, come back on here and tell us the areas that the Condo's you are considering, are in. The guys on here will give you info as to the best location. Personally, if you've got kids i would recommend somewhere in the Jomtien area. Nice Beach and less manic than Pattaya but only 10 minutes away.
