Hi!

As wine is really expensive in Bangkok, I'd like to buy some either in Phnom Penh before flying in, or at the airport. Two questions:

Should I do my wine shopping in PP or at Suvarnabhumi Duty-Free?

How many bottles can I bring in?

Well you will have the advantage of being able to price the wine at Swampy on the way out and at PP when leaving there to compare which is cheaper.

If PP then buy it there and if Swampy buy it on arrival while waiting for your bags.

Used to be that Swampy arrivals was cheaper than departures but don't know if that is still the case.
