Photoshop CS5 cds bought from Pantip Plaza, do they actually work and full functioning?

Panthip is a rats nest, you pay you're money and take you're chance maybe work maybe not, do you feel lucky ?

When buying anything from there you should always ask to see the disc working, that way you know its not a blank disc in a nice cover.

With Photoshop, do they have a key to activate and update?

This is actually for a Thai, another photo editing software I use, is not in Thai, well I am not sure if Photoshop is in Thai or not, but there are heaps of books out there in book shops in Bangkok in Thai, so I thought, buy a couple of those books to self teach.

Any thoughts on other software popular with Thais?
