I don't have any knowledge to say for sure but I believe that since gay marriage is not recognized in Thailand your marriage would (unfortunately) only be considered valid in the Netherlands.

You are old enough for the retirement visa, however, and you might want to check out other threads on that to find the requirements. (use the search function at the bottom of the visa forum section).

In Thailand , Mariage visa is allowed to foreigner guy marry with Thai wife [women] so it's better for you to choose a retirement visa because you are 56 years old now .
