A truck filled with President Obama's podiums and audio equipment was stolen in Henrico just days before his visit to Chesterfield. We confirmed an investigation with the U.S. Defense Department. There are still a lot of questions. The biggest one being did the thieves intentionally target the President's truck or did they take advantage of a crime of opportunity and give a big "uh-oh" when they saw what was inside. When you see President Obama speak, there is a pretty typical setup including the presidential seal on a podium, the see-thru Teleprompter and a portable sound system. October 18, 201114 yr The truck will be left abandoned someplace if the crooks know what's good for them. Imagine opening up the truck and seeing the presidential seal staring at you? IF the fools even know what it is.

October 18, 201114 yr So what do you get if you cross a Mexican with an Asian? You get a car thief who can't drive. That is an odd news story, but I'll bet it's just a random act by a low life criminal. I can't imagine any political involvement. It wouldn't be worth the risk.

I would bet it's somebody that needed a ride and decided to steal wheels to get to NY and help Occupy Wall Street. Bet they were taken aback when they saw the Presidential seal, though.
