I am in Surin and 99% sure I can't get one here so know I am going to have to travel, hence the wide scope

My neighbor here in Kalasin needed his replaced, contacted the local dealer where he purchased the Netbook, they ordered from Khon Kaen, and three days later he had his replacement... Quick, easy and no problems... Should be just that easy in your area as well...
