Looking For Cheap Workout Solution

Featured Replies

Hi Everyone:

I'm here in Pattaya, Can anyone recommend a good but cheap gym? I'm loathe to go to Tony's because well...it's b1000 and ...it's Tony.

I think about b80 per visit or about 5-700 a month OK.

Would be nice to have asst. with weights/equipment as well. Also great to have some aerobics (sp?), martial arts (starting class), sauna...

Is Tony's a nice place - towels, clean, good staff to help you out or what you'd expect from a Tony venture?

I'm slim enough but need to tone up. I would consider a Martial Arts class, but I'm soft and out of shape.

Many thanks

You don't want much for your money do you?

Most of the gyms in pattaya are Minimum of 100baht,

Chevin gym of pattaya tai behind dot com is 100baht its a good gym with plently of machines and free weights

There is also Refresh which is on the hill at Jomtein Nivate on the way to jomtein from south pattaya...this also has a good gym for weights and has alot of CV machines upstairs. there is also spa/suana/steam room etc

To be honest dont think you will find to many gyms for that price they all tend to be about 1000baht per month,

regards,

gaz

I use the Iron Man gym in Jomtien Complex.

100 baht a visit for men,75 for women

1000 baht per month for men,750 for women

There's a no aircon gym on 3rd Road close to the Excite (Xcite?) nightclub going down 3rd towards Pattaya Tai. Think they charge 100 baht.
