Need Eyeglasses Frame Replaced In Pattaya/Sri Racha

I need to replace the frames of some eye glasses. I purchased 2 pair a few years ago in Myanmar for about 1500 Baht and the lenses they provided were scratch proof polycarbonate. I've looked on 3 continents and have been unable to find the same quality lenses anywhere so that's why I don't want to replace the lenses. They were labeled "Super hardened carbon" and have been wonderful. The old scratch resistant coating polycarbonate lenses would last me maybe 6 months. Luckily my eyes are single vision and haven't been changing.

Anyway, I'm looking for the local optometrist office, not the overpriced chain in the mall catering to tourists. I went to one of those yesterday and they wanted to sell me frames for 16,000 Baht.

If Bangkok wasn't flooded I'd head to the shops down the street from Pantip by the corner where the skytrain stop is. I just don't know where similar shops exist down here in Pattaya area. If all else fails I may just fly back to Yangon and get new ones made there. Or new frames in Cambodia for $20.
