Looking For A Clean,New,Secure Small 1 Bedroom Apartment In Ubon

I am looking for a somewhat new secure,quiet and clean 1 bedroom apartment in Ubon somewhere around Lotus Tesco or Sunnee Hotel. Can anybody assist or recommend an agent who I can talk with.

Finding a place that has a separate bedroom is very hard to find in Ubon. I am not sure of one close to the places that you mentioned but there is one down on Uppalisan Road. Behind the 7/11 that is part of the fuel station complex right near the airport road.

From Tesco go east either the road to the south or north side. There are some places there.Its about 1 or 2 blocks. They are not fancy.

Take a look at the following web site.......its a little out of date now but still has some good info..........Baan Thai as Memock suggested is very clean and they have larger rooms. Never seen rooms here that have separate bedrooms..........and i have looked at most apartments here.............I have seen a new apartment complex near Nong Bua which is not far from Lotus..........Best bet is to pop into Peppers bakery and ask around.......always some friendly help at Peppers.....www.weloveubon.com/ubon-apartments

There is a new block of apartments just opened about 2 months ago opposite Sunee. If you drive out of Sunee go directly across the main road into the small soi, it is about 100 meters down.

Very nice rooms, larger than the norm and about 3400 baht a month. Come and see me at Peppers and I can give you a map and some directions.
