Any Condominiums In Eisaan?

Featured Replies

Wife wants to move back to Surin and I don't think there would be any condos there, but what about other cities in Esaan?? She thinks maybe Korat or Khon Khen.

can anyone confirm?? and give details like location, quality and price range and most importantly can falang own??

Supposely talk about building some at udonthani.I believe there are some at Korat but not 100% sure.

There are many condo blocks in Khon Kaen and more being built. Message me if you would like more details

Surin is over 4hrs away from Khon Kaen, surely the reason she wants to move back is to be close to family ?

totster :D

Yes, there are condos in Surin, if an expat can own I don't know. There are apartments too. If your GF is from Surin i don't understand why you are would consider Korat, it's about a 3 hr drive from Surin.

Living in Surin is nothing like BKK, but it's not bad. We have a few expat restaurants, an area were there are some go-go bars not great but ok. Big C, Lotus for shopping. Korat has much more to offer than Surin, but Surin is small town traffic is not bad, cant always find a place to park your car but it' ok.

i dont know the names of the condo here in Surin, Im sure if you google you can find out. I would suggest if you are thinking of moving here you come up and stay at a hotel for a week and check things out. I would not just move up here without checking things out 1st.

Good luck to you..

Eric
