After years of rain pounding down on one of our windows that has less cover from the structure than anywhere else on the house, the teak has rotten and and has mold mushrooms growing in it. The glass panels are about to fall out. There are 9 glass panels in the window frame and the window must me completely rebuilt including the frame, sill, side jambs, sash, etc. and the glass panels re-glazed.

Anyone know of someone who does this kind of work? It's a rental property so I don't want to spend an arm and a leg but it has to be done...

Thanks in advance.

Just giving this a bump. I've been to 2 window shops but apparently they only do those pre-fab metal windows used in cheap construction. I asked at both places about where to find someone who works on wood frame windows but got "mae loo" at both.

Anyone?

I was in the UN IRISH pup for breakfast this morning and they had a couple of guys tearing out the front door. I presume they were going to replace it. When I say tearing out I mean that. They were not saving it to put back in.

I imagine they would be able to do the job for you.:jap:
