Approx 12,000 per month.

try lk mansion's they have very big rooms some as big as apartment some larger ones are double rooms i think they will come in around 12000 a month.

and if you like fishing there is a great fishing park next door that not many people no about caught some good size fish there and you can cook what you catch.
