ideally I want a Sport manual but that maybe asking for too much - I understand there is a 2 door Sport available?

Thailand will never see a 2-door Swift Sport - the GA and GL grade 4-doors are it for here.

Appears to be yes, have seen 2 this week, both on red plates. price is 725.000 baht I have been told.. not seen anything on Suzuki Thailand website, but it would appear that the NEW Sport 1.6 Swift is made in Malaysia.. The Suzuki factory in Thailand is expected to come online in 2013.......... appears to be mixed reports on the Swift build in Thailand, some reports say both the 5 and 3 door will be made in Thailand.

The Swift Sport gets it's release in the UK next Month, but I'm pretty sure they're sourcing from Hungary. Not sure what Ignis has seen, but could be pre-production testers or gray market. Unless He knows something I don't

No sorry don't know anything....

Last few weeks have noticed a lot of different cars/SUV's here all must be new as on red plates.. never seen before in Thailand..

My next car ? [at moment top of list is Mazda CX5 or the Subaru VX] but ideal would be 3 door, so notice anything new + 3 doors, so very surprised to see 2 different Suzuki 3 door Swift...... likewise Nissan Juke, was in white red plates 3 door + Turbo, sure seen the 5 door petrol about before but this was a new one here for me.... Toyota 3 door Prado, again on red plates, another Toyota a 3 door Rav4 [looked good and about my size].. Something overtook me yesterday never seen before + no idea what it was.. where are they all coming from ?

OK I know there imported but had never seen one on the road before in the last 2 weeks have seen 3, the Volvo C30, 2 with red plates the other with the normal plates, also in the same time span have seen the 3 door Honda Civic, wow looks so much better than the Thai Civic.
