About 2 weeks ago I arrange a collection via UPS - a box of important documents - vital for banking and immigration issues.

The package weighs about 2 kg - total cost for a 3 day delivery service was about 115 GBP.

This package is with my parents in Scotland and to say the contents are time sensitive is an understatement.

The weather in Scotland has been harsh - but UPS still have not collected it !

The UPS website is pretty feeble - I have contacted the support email and have had numerous replies saying they will update me - but nada.

I have also called the helpline and have had no response except saying they will investigate and get back to me.

My parents have had a few calls saying the package will be collected the next day - again no show.

Has anyone here had similar experience with UPS?

Can I expect it to arrive eventually - and should I demand compensation - will I get any ?

I tried originally to use DHL - but according to them Kalasin is not a city in Thailand....
