Go to one of the shops that has the long blue plastic round pipe looking

Stuff for sale, tell them you need a man to fit the blue plastic stuff.

I’m sure this person will help you, Then agree a fee for the work, then watch him do the the job correctly whilst you sip a beer or three, Then pay him, every one is happy.

Much better than DIY, (destroy it yourself).
