Upgrading Sor Kor Or Sor Por Kor To Nor Sor 3

has anyone upgraded Sor Kor 1 or Sor Por Kor 4-01 (squaters rights documents basically) to a real title like Nor Sor 3 or Chanoht? If so, how did you do it? how long did it take and how much did it cost?
