90 Day Reporting

Featured Replies

Hi All

Have recently changed immigration centres and last month went to the 1 stop place at Chamchuri sq in BKK. Can anyone confirm that when they stamped my 1 year extension of visa then another 90 days starts automatically or do you have to do this seperately. Am sure last year that I was given another 90 days, but someone posted recently this was not the case, his was for retirement my visa is Non - Imm B .

Thanks in advance for any help.

Only the first extension of stay counts as a 90 day report. Some offices may allow same day reporting on an extension visit but it is a form TM.47 at most places and a separate action.

Thanks for your reply, I would have reported 90 days from extension date and been well over. Luckily I have a couple of weeks in hand.
