A friend of mine who lives in Thailand and comes from New Zealand can't connect to mylotto.co.nz. Apparently folks in NZ have no trouble, but over here it says unable to connect. I've tried a proxy via the UK and NZ to no avail.

A friend of a friend (who's based in NZ) tried to call the company but the switchboard is constantly jammed - probably with folks the world over complaining !!

Can anyone shed any light on this ??

Well it cannot be accessed even through a proxy in US, so maybe restricted to just NZ?

restricted to new zealand.

same as streaming from tvnz on demand.

it is very likely that free proxy servers (within nz) will be blocked also

Thanks for those answers guys. I understand what you're all saying, but up until a week ago or so it was accessible from Thailand (for the past few years). Maybe the rules have changed - who knows ?
