Featured Replies

All my SMS text messages have been failing more and more lately.

Today is the WORSE..

Any idea why?

What's going on?

maybe you should tell everyone which network and where you are.

Also are you trying to send to Thai numbers or International numbers as well.

Hi, I'm on True.

Trying to send to Thai numbers. mellow.png

Never had a problem with them in the past. It seems to have started (gradually) around 2 weeks ago, intermittently getting worse and worse.

Today, I can't send any SMS at all, and phone calls won't connect.

So where are you?

is the network showing on the phone, how many bars?

I just sent SMSes from TureMove pepay to DTAC and AIS, SMSes arrived in less than 2 seconds. I have been sending and receiving SMSes on True with no issues.

Maybe you have some issue with: coverage, account, equipment?

What to do: eliminate variables, identify the cause. Try the SIM in a different phone, try the phone with a different SIM, verify network connectivity, verify account status, try different locations, call True.

Maybe you reboot your phone [brand not mentioned].

I am with DTAC and I cannot send SMS or make outgoing calls at the moment? Have full signal strength as well...

Record solar flare activity yesterday or a few days ago may be to blame. Some flights were even diverted.

Switching the phone off and then on worked. I wonder why?? It had full signal even before I switched it off.. huh.png
