What are the best boutique apartments in Bangkok under 15,000 THB? I'm looking for an apartment with interior furnishings that are modernly coordinated and hopefully near Sukhumvit between Nana and On Nut (but open to other areas).

Here's what I've found so far that I like...are there any others that I should know about:

The Laurel suites is OK its a 10 minute walk from Victory monument and at the very end of Ratchapasod. It is a rare place in a otherwise very noisy part of Bangkok. It is on a Soi with generals and pop stars so no shenanagans ever happen even during the riots 4 blocks away was total chaos but here they got a Come on this soi you die waring from the millitary so they had only one red shirt come and that guy ran faster than an Iranian fleeing to Malasia. The nice thing about the place is it is very well maintained great security and a nice location. Downside no kitchen so you have to do the cooking range on the balcony routine.

ZENITH in Phra Khanong is 3 or 4 years old and has small but decent units, pool and fitness. On odd side of Suk. about 200 meters past Suk. 71 going towards On Nut. 1 B.R.'s were B14,000 last time I looked.

Thanks for the feedback. I think the best thing for me to do is to just move there first and look around. I was there a couple weeks ago and looks at a few places but need more time.

I looked at Life @ Sukhumvit. Great location and pool but building is a little worn, but still in consideration.

I also looked at Ideo Verve at On Nut...nice location and pool. And also looked at Ideo Mix at Udom Suk (which was my favorite but it's saw far away from the center)
