One of the places where the problem normally occurs is the phone number.

Pleae enter all phone numbers in the international format +<country code> <area code> <phone number>.

Example 1:-

For a thai number 012345678

You need to enter +6612345678 as the phone number.

012345678 is wrong

66012345678 is wrong

+66012345678 is wrong

+662345678 is wrong

00662345678 is wrong

Example 2:-

For a Sweedish number 07059876987

You need to enter +467059876987 as the phone number.

07059876987 is wrong

4607059876987 is wrong

+4607059876987 is wrong

04607059876987 is wrong

Example 3:-

For a US number 412-452-1234

You need to enter +14124521234 as the phone number.

4124521234 is wrong

412-452-1234 is wrong

1412-452-1234 is wrong

Similarly this is applicable for all numbers.

On this system, the cost of each SMS you sent is mentioned in credits.

SMS to diferent countries cost diferent amount of credits.

The Cost of sending SMS to various countries are mentioned at http://sms.thaivisa.com/cost.asp.

Since the SMS is sent via the internet, it doesnt matter where the SMS is sent from, it only matters where it is going to.

This one is to allow you to change your password.

1) login into your account at http://sms.thaivisa.com

2) click on "Change Password"

3) enter the new password on the 2 boxes displayed

4) click on change password button.
