Any idea on the grandfather clause to get a teachers license?

I got my first work permit in March 2003.

6 months later my contract finished, and I went elsewhere, but because of my slow school i didnt get another till July 2004.

Then I had extensons July 2005, 2006 with the same school.

July 2007 i had another work permit for 2 years till 2009.

And since then... Ummm

Any thoughts? Ideas?

I have no degree. (But I'm starting a BA in English at Ramkhamhaeng this Spring)

I believe the date for those grandfathered in was 2003 and before. But it sounds like you didn't have a Teacher's License to begin with. A contract is different from a TL. Over the years, I've known quite a few teaches who had a contract but couldn't get/didn't have a TL.
