I have been reading a current topic and am confused.

I do not speak Thai.

Could someone fluent please tell me if, in the Thai language, there are words for:

guest, customer, diner, patron, applicant, client, gentleman, lady, man standing at the counter, passenger, patient (hospital), blond man, red-haired lady, guy with the blue backpack, person at the front counter in the Hawaiian shirt picking his nose?

(Yes, I won't let the door hit me, blah, blah, blah-thank you)

Of course not they just say Farang.

Most times I blow it off, just as I blow off all ignoramuses, like those that make the comments about "don't let the door hit ya." But, when I'm in a major BKK hospital that caters to westerners, paying a lot of money, and the doctor tells the nurse to "take this farang to x-ray," well, that tends to push me over the edge...
