I have always regarded them as something I want to get rid of but here in Thailand there are many things that I want to get rid of first...namely ants and mossi's, I have had 2x spiders in my bathroom which I am very careful not to disturb because they ae experts at getting a square meal, not that I have a serious issue with either but if a mossi gets through my defences it will 100% end up in a web as they like the dark, I've even considered giving my co-habituers a name, but they are great and I take the time to avoid disturbing them where possible....even told my cleaner lol

A agree with you. I've always liked spiders and made more than a few of them pets. I never kill any of them, including the venomous ones.
