Does anybody have an opinion of KLUAY NAM THAI Hospital off Rama-4 in Klong Tuey. It is very convenient to where I live and I took a friend there recently who was concerned about a breast lump.

They seemed efficient and reasonably priced but I am curious about behind the scenes quality. I believe it is privately run.

it is a private hospital, most other private hospitals are better, and many government hospitals are better

it is ok for basic care, though

Very small private hospitals like this are better avoided IMO

In that part of town there are several reasonably priced options e.g. St Louis on Sathorn, Bkk Christian on Silom, or the 'after hours" clinic at Chula.
