DOI INTHANON SETS UP A WEBSITE AVAILABLE NOW TO ASSIST TOURISTS

The Research Support Fund, in cooperation with the Doi Inthanon (ดอยอินทนนท์) National Park, set up a website www.doiinthanon.com, to facilitate tourists who want to obtain information before traveling.

Head of Information Technology and Communications, Office of 16 National Parks, Issara Sirisaiyas (อิสระ ศิริไสยาสน์) said that the website is aimed at providing more convenience to tourists wanting to inspect information before traveling. He said that the information on accommodation, on-line reservation, the rooms’ conditions and prices, tourist destinations and histories, distances, and nearby popular tourist sites will be provided. He said that during December 25-January 5, the website will provide information on real-time application, which the tourists can check for information for 24 hours.

As for the website www.doiinthanon.com, he said that the website has received good acceptance among the tourists, as it is the most perfect website for tourists to inspect information before traveling. He said that Doi Inthanon and nearby tourist sites can serve no more than 12,000 tourists every year.
